The Cast - Unknown Universe

Dr. Don Page

Dr. Don Page is a Professor of quantum cosmology and theoretical gravitational physics at the University of Alberta. He is noted for being a doctoral student of the eminant Professor Steven Hawking, in addition to publishing several scientific journal articles with him. Dr. Page studied and lived with Dr. Hawking who was his post Doctoral supervisor. Page approximation in black hole physics, the Page metric in quantum gravity, the Page charge in supergravity and the Hawking-Page transition in black hole thermodynamics - as well as the refutation of three major claims by Stephan Hawking.

Dr. Roger Moore

Dr. Roger Moore - Member of the ATLAS Experiment at CERN, Geneva, Switzerland. ATLAS studies the highest energy collisions ever created in a lab, produced at the Large Hadron Collider, where protons collide at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. These collisions reproduce the environment less than 10-13s after the Big Bang and will be energetic enough to create Higgs bosons if they exist. Recent research topics include Supersymmetry, Dark Matter, lepton jets and top quark physics. In addition I am responsible for the ATLAS Trigger Validation which ensures that our trigger selects the events it should.
